We purchased Tessa’s dam, SSRMT Peruvian Greta Garbo (Fawn),
from Dos Doñas Alpacas while she was bred to their award-winning
Grey herdsire, DD Motley Hue (Seattle Mist). We were hoping for Grey
and, although we got a fawn, we weren’t disappointed when this little
female was born!

Tessa is a beautiful light fawn with many grey tones on her face and
neck. She has beautiful consistent pencil locks across her blanket with
very good density. She has an exceptional head style and topknot
with unbelievable coverage. Her nails are almost black, indicating the
possibility of throwing much darker offspring. To top it off she has a
great personality – just like her dam! Tessa made a strong showing in
the middle of her class at her very first show this spring.

Tessa sells with a breeding to any Ravada Hills Herdsire. We would
suggest our grey herdsire, Jax Remi. Remi is a 3rd generation Grey
out of Magnifico/Rum Runner lines and is unrelated to the
Condor/Seattle Mist line. Another great option would be our
Ameripaca’s Jericho. Jericho is the 2007 True Black AOBA Reserve
Champion. As of January 2008, he has 5 true black crias on the
ground.
