Santana, like his namesake, is one funky little guy. His fleece is the most beautiful taupey shade of brown. He has a grayish cast yet he is not a rose gray because there are no white fibers. In fact, there really is no match on the color chart. He is uniquely beautiful. Two judges have commented on his density and uniformity of micron. His luster is outstanding. The shine jumps out and makes you want to sink your fingers into his fleece. His locks are tight and consistent throughout the blanket. To top it all off, he has Hotazel’s beautiful head and proud carriage.
Santana is easy to handle and has had a great first year in the show ring. He will be a wonderful boy to continue to show before he settles in to the pleasant life of a herd sire.
