Hot Tamale is out of one of our favorite dams and Hotazel, whose offspring have won over 85 awards, 16 championships, and Get of Sire in just the last few years. Tamale carries her dam's color and markings and her sire's independent locks, beard and luster.

Tamale took a 2nd place at her first show, showing while previously shorn. By the time of the sale, Tamale will be due any day with a cria from SSRMT Peruvian Jet Stream, whose biopsy results are in the top 5% of the country (63.5 follicles/ sq mm and S/P ratio of 10.6:1). We have had great success using Jet in cases where we wanted to add density while improving fineness and other fleece characteristics. Her maternal sister, Look At Me, is a Jet Stream daughter who exhibits density while having one of the very finest histograms in our herd. In fact, Meme’s % of fibers above 30 microns is a mere 0.5%! Given this history, we are expecting a stellar cria.
